摘要: This paper represents an attempt to make a theoretical contribution its knowledge base through analysis of the group factors which contribute success women academics engaged in research within area social sciences. The data were obtained series in-depth interviews carried out at public universities Catalonia, with –all whom heads groups recognized by Generalitat [Regional Government] Catalonia. findings indicate that provide supportive and effective environment for female researchers enabling them develop their academic careers, as measured such key performance indicators number publications successful applications funding.
