摘要: The importance of associability is being increasingly stated when the present ways production knowledge are analyzed. Different organizational levels exist in context scientific research. Among them, research groups constitute one most generalized modalities association. In this article we analyze conceptual and practical aspects which considered it comes to identify nature characteristics groups, as well their differences with other association, such teams. We emphasize functional dynamic character go through different stages evolution. conclude that must be units, instead than structural units. This has important consequences for policies promotion consideration on part institutions.
