摘要: This study examined the psychological contract held by minority employees as it relates to diversity, and implications of violating on employee job satisfaction, commitment organization organizational cynicism. Data were collected from 88 at four university campuses. Results support unique elements for negative outcomes associated with violation. Trust justice found moderate interpretations violation, though not was predicted previous theoretical models. Implications managers a diverse work force future research are discussed.
