摘要: This paper reports the properties of plasma and gas produced in a vacuum arc discharge with scandium deuteride (ScD1.8) film cathodes. The thickness ScD1.8 influences quantity gases released from cathode material. deuterium releasing process was depth range surface to interior, that is, between 3 6 μm. Surprisingly, after discharge, ion ratio remains same different thicknesses. That indicates release μm-thick is enough for ionization. In addition, as number increases, stability atomic fraction gets worse ions decreases.
