摘要: Abstract The behaviour of bilayer lipid membranes (BLM), modified by uranyl ions, in the electrical field is studied. It shown that introduction UO22+ ions into a cell leads to sharp increase BLM lifetimes throughout voltage range When applying step made azolectin or phosphatidylserine reversible decrease resistance observed. diminishes more than 7 orders magnitude (from ∼ 1011Ω 104Ω). up state membrane invisibility, which means breakdown occurs. effect electric pretreatment on kinetics investigated.
