摘要: The aim of this study is to correlate the US, laboratory, and cholangiography findings in pediatric liver transplant patients with biliary complications, trying identify reliable decision-making tools for management these complications. Retrospective review was carried out US results 39 consecutive patients, from 2011 2013, complications after LT, documented by PTC. According dilation, were classified as: mild, moderate, severe, according laboratory normal or abnormal serum bilirubin level GGT. Data correlated PTC findings, divided three groups: severe/occlusive BDS. There no statistically significant correlation between a GGT cholangiography. In our series, could not predict severity BDS on Bilirubin able either. demonstrated found These emphasize role evaluation decision interventions recipients.
