摘要: The ability of ultrasound to detect biliary obstruction, bile leakage and generalized ductal changes after orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT) was compared cholangiography. Cholangiography considered be the gold standard. Adequate opacification tree achieved in 139 cholangiograms. Biliary intermediate or large leakage, were diagnosed with cholangiography 15% (21/139), 14% (20/139), 16% (22/139), respectively. Normal findings could not exclude stricture, changes, fluid collections correlated leakage. Abnormal highly predictive cholangiographic diagnosis obstruction (specificity 98% 100%, respectively). An irregular appearance ducts increased periductal echogenicity proved characteristic features for changes. (C) 1996 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
