摘要: A comparison of support schemes for market-based deployment renewable energy in the UK and Germany shows that feed-in tariff reduces costs to consumers results larger deployment. survey among project developers suggests two explanations: (1) Site selection presents biggest obstacle under tariff. Uncertain financing other efforts at initial stages planning permits become a major obstacle. (2) Project do not compete price but good sites Most importantly, turbine producers construction services contribute most costs, face least equal levels competition
