摘要: To reduce the time in diagnosing infectious coryza (IC), a disease that causes large losses poultry farming industry, present work seeks to develop immunochromatography strips (ICS) allow causative agent (Avibacterium paragallinarum) be detected. The monoclonal antibody Am-lG7G8 was obtained from peptide of TonB-dependent transporter (TonB-dT) protein. Using this antibody, qualitative ICS prototype developed (presence and absence), which showed specificity for Avibacterium paragallinarum samples avian metapneumovirus other pathogens, provided results 30 minutes after applying sample.
