摘要: We report on the production and characterisation of monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) against Haemophilus paragallinarum, causative agent infectious coryza. A bank 8 MAbs were produced by traditional techniques –– four reference strain for Page serovar (0083) C (Modesto). Seven eight shown to be IgG1 with one being nontypable. None had HI activity none gave any detectable reaction when examined Western blotting. a positive in indirect ELISA type strains Pasteurella species or sub-species. our specific reactions used an format. There was trend give higher titre isolates/strains similar titres isolates/strains.
