摘要: In people with cerebral palsy, severe neuromotor disability and communication problems make standard neuropsychological tests impossible. Therefore, alternative methods specific aids must be developed to allow patients autonomously respond the examiner's questions. present individuals study, a evaluation was made of group eight verbal disabilities, 19 normal subjects matched for mental age. The were administered using an autonomous selection method in which patient selects various responses through without interference. Patients' performances visuo-spatial memory on average lower than mean control group. domain, patients' scores comparable those children all but one assessing comprehension syntactically complex sentences. An analysis individual also revealed heterogeneous cognitive profiles: some presented homogeneously distributed impairment others more selective one. This finding is particularly important planning differentiated learning programmes, identifying suitable communicative instruments rehabilitative educational settings.
