摘要: The anatomical features of the posterior compartment arm seem to provide basis raise one smallest free muscular flaps, with minimal donor site morbidity: medial triceps flap. anatomic study was carried out on 27 fresh cadaver arms: 7 prepared for corrosion cast, 15 simple dissection and 5 after latex injection. Morphological data muscle, as well pedicle constancy size, were recorded. mean size head 10.7 × 2.5 × 3.3 cm; weight 30.1 g. We found a constant unique supplying whole composed by middle collateral artery (MCA), two veins nerve. length MCA 2.9 cm “extended” pedicle, including deep brachial (DBA), 8–12 cm long. At their origin, caliber 1.5 mm DBA 2.4 mm. Our findings confirmed reliability MC vessels relationships brachii which could be harvested flap or pedicled based anterograde retrograde flow. This technique should safe, yielding mild morbidity, suitable in regional reconstruction distant reanimations.
