摘要: Numerical study of a confined jet impingement cooling fluid-superposed porous medium heated from below is conducted to investigate the oscillatory mixed convection. The effects Rayleigh number (2 × 105 ≤ Ra ≤ 1 × 106) and Darcy (1 × 10−5 ≤ Da ≤ 5 × 10−4) on heat transfer are investigated for different Peclet numbers. It found that, average Nusselt increases with increase in or number. values oscillate time some combination numbers (Ra ≥ 4 × 105) (200 ≤ Pe ≤ 1000), at which convection occurs. oscillation height medium-to-fluid capacity ratio.
