摘要: Current and emerging issues concerning the written comprehensive exam process are addressed. Both purpose structure of this considered. Survey results presented that describe purposes from perspective doctoral coordinators. Also included is a description how marketing departments currently administering these exams. The movement to nontraditional structures documented, several approaches provided. authors conclude with discussion provide recommendation for ongoing assessments choices based on specific program objectives.
