摘要: Information and computer technology has come to play an increasingly important role in medicine, the extent that e-health been described as a disruptive innovation or revolution healthcare. The attention is very much focused on itself, advances have made genetics biology. This leads question: What changing medicine today concerning e-health? To what degree could these changes be characterized 'revolution'? We will apply work of Thomas Kuhn, Larry Laudan, Michel Foucault other philosophers-which offers alternative understanding progress classic discovery-oriented approach-to our analysis. Nowadays, long-standing curative reactive paradigm facing crisis due aging population, significant increase chronic diseases development more expensive diagnostic tools therapies. promotes evolution towards new with emphasis preventive medicine. E-health constitutes essential part this seeks solve challenges presented by skyrocketing costs so forth.
