摘要: Abstract 1. Dopamine was found to hyperpolarize and inhibit the spontaneous activity of certain Helix neurones. 2. The inhibitory effect dopamine antagonized by ergometrine, ergotamine, ergotoxine, dibenyline, rogitine yohimbine. 3. not inderal, N-isopropyl methoxamine, oubain, atropine or methysergide. 4. It suggested that receptor neurones resembled α adrenergic vertebrates.
