摘要: In order to determine the effect of inflammation on brain glycolysis in absence leukocyte infiltration, [14C]deoxyglucose autoradiography and hematoxylin-eosin (HE) counter-staining were applied mice at various times after induction chemotoxic inflammatory lesions by systemic administration goldthioglucose. Glycolysis was intensely stimulated affected circumventricular organs, without cellular infiltration. This result is consistent with activation anaerobic sequelae that culminate ischemic hypoxia lesion sites.
