摘要: ✓ The combined treatment of surgery and postoperative irradiation is described in a case solitary intracranial plasmacytoma involving the inner surface dura posterior fossa tentorium cerebelli. tumor overlay left cerebellar hemisphere extended through foramen magnum to approximately C-1 level. Follow-up examination 16 months after showed no recurrence or dissemination disease.
