摘要: The separation process is very important in a variety of scientific fields, especially biochemistry and biotechnology. performance method can be determined by the time purity separated molecule, which directly proportional with ligand chosen for target molecule. actually step cost time-dependent analysis, medical applications. Magnetic advantageous technique because it eliminates time-consuming sample preparation centrifugation steps. However, magnetic adsorbent may not strong enough to respond force applied externally. Therefore, nanoparticle studies, nanoparticles highly important. In this study, polymeric microparticles synthesized using different cores (Fe 2 O 3 &Fe 4 , Fe&Ni, Ni&Co, Fe&Ni&Co) solid support, HEMA (2-hydroxyl ethylmethacrylate), functional monomer, AdeM (adenine methacrylate), were compared. Some other properties such as size, zeta potential, surface morphology, etc . also studied.
