摘要: AbstractThe purpose of this article is to synthesize poly(hydroxyethyl methacrylate-N-methacryloyl-(L)-tryptophan) [mPHEMATrp] magnetic nanoparticles for lysozyme purification from chicken egg white. mPHEMATrp (38 nm in diameter) were synthesized by surfactant-free emulsion polymerization. Specific surface area the was calculated be 896 m2/g. Elemental analysis estimated range 5.7–48.3 µmol MATrp/g. The maximum adsorption capacity 376.1 mg/g. could used five times without decreasing significantly. results indicate that promise high selectivity purification.
