摘要: Phytoplasmal lettuce phyllody (LP) disease previously was reported from Fars province is vectored by Neoaliturus fenestratus leafhopper. Transmission characteristics of LP phytoplasma with N. including acquisition feeding, latency and inoculation feeding period were studied. The minimum access (AAP) four hours. increased AAP. With an AAP 48 hours, 88.88 % plants infected. latent in 14 days transmission after this LP. At 32 postacquisition, 92.85% infected, but the rate gradually decreased. (IAP) 4 IAP. IAP 96.66 Results study indicate that processes acquisition, occur much same pattern as other plant pathogenic mollicutes.
