摘要: Abstract The relationship between three activities of the reticulocytes, potassium fluxes carried out by cell membrane, ATP metabolism and protein synthesis are studied here. By comparing as a function increased concentration two ionophores, valinomycin dicyclohexyl-18-crown-6 (DC) existence coupling these was suggested. We found antagonistic effects on efflux: (1) it inhibited efflux at concentrations below 10nM; (2) K expected, above 20nM. Dicyclohexyl-18-crown-6, macrocyclic polyether only reduced membrane efflux. while inhibiting parallely synthesis. They also produced parallel decrease in ADP ratio, which small with much higher dicyclohexyl-18-crown-6. were able to present here data suggesting that mechanism is coupled activity, probable intermediate.
