摘要: Abstract Enhancement at low temperatures of the Raman scattering excited by laser light situated near edge fundamental absorption band is often encountered when studying nanoscale structures. Theory devoted to this phenomenon has established that it originates in an exciton-phonon interaction process, known as Frohlich interaction. Such a was observed PbI 2 . The experimental data conclude enhancement emission results from: (i) optical excitation band; (ii) conditioned existence excitonic PL; (iii) its occurrence different over stokes and anti-stokes branches result overlapping spectral range PL profile; (iv) appears more intense micrometric powders or bulk crystalline material. These are interpreted stimulated effect resulting from mixing pump light.
