摘要: Increasing demands are being placed on transplant nurse coordinators for more precise documentation of their teaching kidney patients, but the amount time nurses have this added remains unchanged or has diminished. After a thorough review literature, our team found no patient format that assisted us in overcoming problem increased demands. Consequently, following Joint Commission Accreditation Healthcare Organization standards, we developed Renal Transplant Patient Teaching Record documenting pre- and post-transplant complete.
