摘要: The purpose of this investigation was to specifically identify T cells, B and histiocytes in the infiltrate typically seen lichen planus. In frozen tissue sections, AET-treated sheep erythrocytes formed immunologic rosettes with lymphocytes infiltrate, designating them as cells. Rosette assays reagent erythrocytes, IgGEA, IgMEA, IgMEAC, E resulted nonadherence, indicating a lack cells macrophages, indirectly implicating Scanning electron microscopy cellular situ, showed that had smooth, nonvillous surfaces. These observations were consistent cell origin considered supportive data. results support hypothesis planus is disease mediated by thymus-dependent lymphocytes.
