摘要: Ultrastructural investigations in 15 patients with lichen planus (LP) revealed a multitude of epidermal changes. The most consistent findings were (1) multiplication, irregular folding or dislocation the basal lamina, (2) fragmentation degenerative changes keratinocytes, (3) formation numerous fibrillar Civatte bodies and, (4) presence dyskeratotic elements. In addition, mitotic figures keratinocytes and Langerhans cells observed. These support view that primary event LP represents an injury involving cells. Furthermore, replacement destroyed tissue seems to originate not only from margin lesions skin appendages but also unaffected within papule.
