摘要: Nuclear bodies have been studied in normal buccal mucosa and oral lichen planus lesions taken from similar sites. The material was fixed osmium tetroxide alone or double glutaraldehyde followed by tetroxide. These were more abundant epithelial cell nuclei of than epithelium associated with increased irregularities the nuclear outline. This resulted frequent appearance cytoplasmic invaginations nuclei. Serial sections showed that these often filamentous indistinguishable component bodies. filaments found to be result parallel membrane, while homogeneous a slightly different plane section. particles enclosed concentric lamellae appear represent chromatin granules, corresponding marginal granules. In addition, some contain invaginations. It is suggested varying forms body this investigation can attributed sectioning through intranuclear structures
