摘要: The purpose of this study was to test the effects computer administration and identification respondents on responses Job Descriptive Index (JDI). Affordable user-friendly technology has made it possible administer organizational surveys computers. However, effect recent survey is not certain. In addition response bias, compared differences in candor, enjoyability, reliability between paper-and-pencil administration. One hundred seventy-six subjects were randomly assigned or survey, three levels identification. Subjects completed JDI additional questions terminals. equivalent job satisfaction both methods demonstrate feasiblity JDI. addition, subscales demonstrated similar reliabilities paper-and-pencil. Identification influenced Supervision subscale only, identified scoring higher than anonymous participants. perceived as being equally truthful enjoyable.
