摘要: Forkhead box, class O, 1A (FOXO1A) is an important factor related to some human malignancies. We tested the association between FOXO1A cytoplasmic expression and World Health Organization grading system in primary brain tumors (PBTs). First of all, Western blot analysis was also performed normal tissue U87MG, LN229, GBM8401, U118MG glioma cell lines protein lysates. Then, order realize gene gliomas, GBM8401 mRNA were applied quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). At last, immunohistochemical (IHC) 8 non-neoplastic tissues 126 PBTs. The immunostain scores obtained as degree intensity multiplied by percentage positively stained tumor area. On basis results these vitro studies, marked increase expressions than tissue. view point IHC stains, average score all PBTs significantly higher tissues. In addition, high grade low-grade gliomas. Furthermore, might indicate shorter overall survival rate associated with isocitrate dehydrogenase I /2, ATRX, p53 mutation staining. Therefore, application stain have benefits improve diagnostic accuracy, predict progression, evaluate time patients.
