摘要: Objectives: To examine the associations between psychosocial work characteristics and fatigue in employees Maastricht Cohort Study. A second objective was to compare relationships for versus psychological distress with these characteristics. Methods: The design cross-sectional included 11,020 who responded self-administered baseline questionnaire of Fatigue measured Checklist Individual Strength, a 20-item self-report instrument. Psychological 12-item version General Health Questionnaire. Psychosocial comprised: demands, decision latitude, social support at as by Job Content Questionnaire, well emotional demands work, physical job insecurity, conflict supervisor/co-worker, which were assessed items from existing Dutch questionnaires. Results: Low latitude low associated both men women. Associations also found supervisor men; high As regards distress, there no association but strong genders.
