摘要: Flexibility of a manufacturing system is quite important and advantageous in modern industry, which function competitive environment where market diversity the need for customized product are growing. Key machinery should be reliable, flexible, intelligent, less complex, cost effective. To achieve these goals, design methodologies engineering systems revisited improved. In particular, continuous or on-demand improvements have to incorporated rapidly effectively order address new requirements resolve potential weaknesses original design. Design an system, typically multi-domain can become complicated due its complex structure possible dynamic coupling between domains. An integrated concurrent approach considered process, particular conceptual detailed phases. context design, attention has been given recently such subjects as multi-criteria decision making, modeling, evolutionary computing, genetic programing. More recently, machine condition monitoring integration into scheme evolution even though many challenges exist this reality lack systematic approaches existence technical barriers massive data acquisition, transmission, storage mining. Recently, internet things (IoT) cloud computing (CC) being developed quickly they offer opportunities tasks processing. paper, framework closed-loop proposed improvement through use assisted by IoT CC. New detection existing addressed framework. A knowledge base that constructed integrating expertise from domain experts, on-line process information other various sources realize supervise so increased efficiency, speed, effectiveness. The paper illustrated using case study industrial system.
