摘要: Detection of transcription factors in immune cell populations, particularly subpopulations that are represented at low frequencies lymphoid and nonlymphoid organs, presents a particular challenge when using traditional methods such as western blot analysis. Therefore, development flow cytometry-based which allow identification specific populations is main interest. Here we developed optimized methodology for rapid convenient detection the factor BCL11B T lymphocyte cytometry. The optimal protocol employs saponin Tween 20 both during fixation permeabilization steps, demonstrate it efficient three anti-BCL11B antibodies covering distinctive epitopes. In addition, prove method preserves staining surface markers.
