摘要: The Status of CSR in Corporate America: A Content Analysis the Organizations with Top-Performing Programs Within Fortune 500 Laura C. Thomas Department Communications, BYU Master Arts social responsibility has become an accepted part business for organizations any size. are not only expected to be profitable and successful, but they also responsible global citizens. However, though this business, there remain many areas research that under researched. This study examined top 16 programs headquartered United States better understand what communicate about their programs, relationship both news media government entities, which issues address most, where implement throughout world. found concerned themselves most stakeholder involvement engagement. It nearly half initiatives analyzed centered around environmental issues. These implemented had a strong fit as organization do well align corporate values.
