摘要: This article presents the state of art flow injection (FI) on-line preconcentration and separation based on sorption organo-metallic complexes wall a knotted reactor (KR) coupled with atomic (mass) spectrometry for trace element (speciation) analysis. In last 7 years KR has been successfully exploited as medium, demonstrated to be an attractive alternative C18 microcolumn in FI techniques. The advantages disadvantages system, design manifolds, choice complexing agents, consideration washing step, eluents, analytical applications various spectrometric techniques are discussed, emphasis ETAAS.
