Simultaneous on-line preconcentration and determination of Pt, Rh and Pd in urine, serum and road dust by flow injection combined with inductively coupled plasma time-of-flight mass spectrometry

摘要: In this work, ICP-time of flight (TOF)-MS with ultrasonic nebulisation (USN) was combined on-line a flow injection (FI) system for the determination Pt, Rh and Pd in biological fluids (urine blood serum) road dust. Simultaneous selective preconcentration 3 analytes performed by sorption their complexes formed diethylthiourea (DET) on inner walls PTFE knotted reactor (KR), wide range sample acidity (0.1–0.5 M HNO3 0.05–0.2 Pt). A quantitative elution achieved using 500 µl methanol acidified 1% HNO3. The detection limits obtained were 0.54, 2.12 0.36 ng l−1 Pd, respectively, relative standard deviation RSD (for 50 25 n = 6) ≤ 3%. Using time 120 s rate 5 ml min−1, enrichment factors 55, 2 Pt Rh, comparison direct ICP-MS without preconcentration. Special attention paid to study adverse effects potentially interfering species present matrix (Cd, Cu, Pb, Sr, Fe, Y, Zn, Ni, Rb, Mn Mo) mass-spectrometric analytes. accuracy method demonstrated analysis urine, serum dust certified reference materials. applied urine samples healthy subjects. concentrations determined these comparable reported values.
