摘要: Abstract A series of random sulfonated polyimide (SPI) with controlled sulfonation degrees were synthesized by one step high temperature polycondensation reaction using a commercially available diamine, 4,4′-diaminostilbene-2,2′-disulfonic acid (DSDSA), 4,4′-(4,4′-isopropylidenediphenoxy)bis(phthalic anhydride) (BPADA), and fluorine containing quadri diamine (QA). Transparent, flexible mechanically strong thin films prepared the solution–evaporation method dimethylacetamide (DMAc). The structures resulting SPIs confirmed FTIR 1 H NMR spectroscopy. polymers showed onset decomposition at around 290–300 °C for ionic moieties above 570 °C polymer backbone. membranes exhibited good proton conductivity higher content which was found in range Nafion ® 117 also comparable to many typical exchange membranes. clear microphase separated structure observed under transmission electron microscopy (TEM) indicated formation hydrophilic hydrophobic domain throughout membrane.
