摘要: Hematopoiesis is the process that generates blood cells in an organism from pluripotent stem cells. Hematopoietic are characterized by their ability to undergo self-renewal and differentiation. The self-renewing ensures these not depleted bone marrow niche. A proper balance between cell death survival necessary maintain a homeostatic condition, hence, apoptosis, or programmed death, essential step hematopoiesis. Recent studies, however, have introduced new aspect this process, citing significance of apoptosis mediator, caspase, development Extensive research has been carried out study possible role caspases other related factors developmental processes. This review focuses on various apoptotic involved differentiation myeloid lineage cells: erythrocytes, megakaryocytes, macrophages.
