Frequency-dependent dielectric permittivity and electric modulus studies and an empirical scaling in (100−x)BaTiO3/(x)La0.7Ca0.3MnO3 composites

摘要: We have studied the dielectric permittivity and electrical modulus behavior in (100−x)BaTiO3/(x)La0.7Ca0.3MnO3 (x = 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 %) composites over a frequency range from 42 Hz to 5 MHz at room temperature. The data been well interpreted using Curie–Von Schweidler function adding conduction contribution. electric analyzed by invoking decay relaxation function. Both formalisms describing non-Debye type obtained composites. formalism indicates Maxwell–Wagner–Sillars involved composite. In scaled coordinate, for different x fall on single master curve, indicating existence of general scaling formalism. empirical also signifies that mechanism is independent composition. addition, we proposed an Arrhenius-like equation x-dependent dc conductivity characteristic peak this composite system.
