摘要: The complex dielectric permittivity and electrical conductivity for bulk cubic structure CeO2 (annealed at 1273 K 10 h) are studied using capacitance (C) the impedance Z(ω) measurements in a wide range of frequency (0.1 Hz–5 MHz) various temperatures (298–448 K). measured data analyzed electric modulus formalism \( {\text{M}}^{*} \left( \omega \right) \), Nyquist plot, Jonscher’s universal power law, small polaron tunneling model nearly constant loss model.
