摘要: The aim of the paper is to present results research into assessment social factors resulting from digitalization railway companies’ business models and building, by means AHP method, a ranking significance these criteria in process their digital transformation. focused on identifying components companies that are most affected creation such factors. Railway do not operate within environment alone. In context processes, they form one common technical service ecosystem. Digitalization should increase opportunities create positive effects which influence quality services provided safety rail traffic as well increased efficiency models.
