摘要: The syncytial cytoplasmic layer, termed the tegument, which covers entire surface of adult schistosomes, is a major interface between parasite and its host. Since schistosomes can survive for decades within host bloodstream, they are clearly able to evade immune responses, their ability dependent on properties tegument surface.
