摘要: This paper presents the design of a novel reconfigurable circularly-polarized split ring transmit array unit-cell operating at 20.7GHz (k-band) for satellite communication application. has fairly simple structure with only three metal layers. The exhibits 360 degrees phase swing in circular transmission coefficient along 180 degree physical rotation cell magnitude −4 dB. reflection is −19dB.
