摘要: SUMMARY Serum and testicular concentrations of testosterone were determined by radioimmunoassay in four prepubertal patients (Tanner's genital stage G1) with unilateral cryptorchidism ten pubertal different degrees development (stages G2-G5), five bilateral cryptorchidism. In every case, concentration was the cryptorchid gonad. Two autopsy cases also studied. Results compared scrotal testes adult subjects. Pubertal resulted a gradual increase tubule diameter on microscopic examination notwithstanding abnormal position As expected, serum increased gradually throughout sexual development. Testicular however to levels at early stages puberty. Mean ranges were: G1, 26 ng/g (range 7–49, n= 6); G2 + G3, 660 37–1357, G4 G5, 438 272–702, 4) adults 520 356–663, 4). This similar testicular: ratios G5 but high ratio G3. Patients groups G3 did not have elevation gonadotrophins show Leydig cell hyperplasia. Therefore, puberty, when peripheral tissues are exposed low levels, seminiferous tubules gonads might already receive androgen stimulation.
