摘要: Norwalk-like viruses (NLV) are a major causative agent of nonbacterial gastroenteritis. There still many NLV strains that refractory to gene amplification by ordinary reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction. This is due mainly the genetic diversity among NLV, especially mismatches in primer sequences, which limits this technique clinical utility. In study, improved sets based on capsid region, detect both genogroup I and II genogroup-specific manner, were developed. When stool specimens from gastroenteritis patients, positive for electron microscopy, tested new set, all RT-PCR. Primers described previously RdRp protein capable amplifying 31 77%, respectively. Therefore, extremely useful rapid diagnosis as well epidemiological studies.
