摘要: Thomas Bruckner, born in 1966, completed his doctoral studies theoretical physics at the University of Wurzburg, Germany. After four years Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK), he led research group on Energy System Optimization and Protection Engineering Technical Berlin (2000 – 2008). Currently, holds Chair Management Sustainability Leipzig University, He is a fellow Heisenberg Programme German Foundation (DFG), visiting scientist Research, member Intergovernmental Panel Change. His current focuses integrated assessment modelling investigation liberalized energy markets facing climate protection constraints.
