摘要: Recent studies by a number of different laboratories have implicated nitric oxide (NO) as an important modulator variety acute and chronic inflammatory disorders. A hallmark inflammation is the adhesion leukocytes to post-capillary venular endothelium infiltration into tissue interstitium. Leukocyte known be dependent on interaction with endothelial cell surface via class glycoproteins collectively molecules (ECAMs). Several recent suggest that NO may modulate cytokine-induced ECAM expression in cultured cells vitro regulating activation nuclear transcription factor kappa B (NF-kappaB). This discussion reviews some more assess role NOS isoforms response vivo.
