摘要: An inventory of phytoplankton diversity in 12 Adriatic ports was performed with the port baseline survey. Particular emphasis put on detection harmful aquatic organisms and pathogens (HAOP) because their negative impact ecosystem, human health, economy. Phytoplanktonic HAOP are identified as species, either native or non-indigenous (NIS), which can trigger algal blooms (HAB). A list 691 taxa prepared, among them 52 were classified HAB five NIS. Records toxigenic NIS (Pseudo-nitzschia multistriata, Ostreopsis species including O. cf. ovata) indicate that intrusion non-native invasive has already occurred some ports. The seasonal occurrence abundance offers a solid for monitoring design order to prevent ballast water uptake possible expansion outside region.
