摘要: FELDBERG1,2 has suggested that brain amines are directly involved in the hypothalamic control of body temperature. In cats and dogs serotonin was found to cause a rise temperature norepinephrine fall, whereas rabbit3 sheep4 there is fall with norepinephrine. Moreover, antagonizes normal decrease animals under anaesthesia. All these results, however, have been obtained using exogenous amines. We shown neurally mediated release endogenous rat when caudal midbrain raphe region stimulated electrically we specific behavioural consequence such stimulation failure physiological habituation repetitive sensory stimuli5. also measured effect on released both awake, unrestrained anaesthetized rats.
