摘要: The value of maintaining a minimum streamflow objective on average is lessened when there considerable dispersion around the average. An integrated economic and hydrology model presented which provides water policy planners with way to accurately measure both cost hydrologic consequences level in an irrigated river basin at alternative probabilities target flow level. Water markets for augmentation are shown be most cost-effective study area.
