摘要: Abstract Incubation of Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells for one hour at 43 degrees C results in several obvious changes protein distribution and synthesis. One major the cytoplasm (molecular weight 45,000 daltions), also present as a minor component nucleus, rapidly disappeared while proteins, especially high molecular peptides, were induced by heat shock. Localization proteins cytoplasm, extra-nucleolar chromatin nucleolar bodies has been carried out. Different sets appear each subcellular compartment. Four hours after restoration normal temperature, pattern synthesis was observed. The dalton reappeared first. Relations between structural functional alterations are suggested.
